The KSLD Team
Kevan has practised in lighting for over thirty years. During this time he has worked in almost every area of lighting design and brings a comprehensive practical and theoretical base to the team.
Hannah Neufeld, BDes(Hons), MSc, Senior Designer
Hannah graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in 2000. She then went on to study for a MSc in Light and Lighting at University College London which she completed in 2001. After graduating Hannah worked as a lighting designer for Maurice Brill Lighting Design in London on a variety of projects both in the UK and abroad including hospitality, retail and landscape. Since joining KSLD in February 2005 Hannah has led the design team on several significant projects including Shetland Museum, The Wallace Collection, The Edinburgh City Chambers and Council Chambers.
Eliza Sharp, BA(Hons), Studio Manager
Eliza graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 1999 with a Bachelors in Fine Art. Before joining KSLD in September 2004 Eliza worked in the communications department of Grimshaw Architects in London.
Martin Granese, BArch(Hons), Designer
Martin graduated from the University of Waterloo in Ontario Canada in 2005 with a Bachelors in Architecture. Martin worked for Michael Spaziani Architects in Toronto, Canada and then KSR Architects in London. Since joining KSLD in March 2006 Martin has worked on many projects including Aspire Tower in Doha, Qatar and Kuwait Trade Centre.
Natalie Bell, BA(Hons), Assistant Designer
Natalie graduated from the Grays School of Art at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in 2004 with a Bachelors in Design & Craft specialising in the subject of Three Dimensional Design. During 2005 Natalie studied Light and Design at The Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm where she also participated in the ELDA Alingsas lighting design workshops. Natalie started working for KSLD in August 2006 and has worked on several projects including The West Tower, Liverpool for the Beetham Organisation.
Andres Bros Williamson, BDes(Hons), Assistant Designer
Andres completed two years of an architectural degree at Universidad Marista C.U.M.D.E.S., Mexico City in 2001. He had become interested in the design and development of products so returned to Edinburgh to embark upon a four-year honours degree course in Product Design at Napier University. Soon after graduating in 2005 he left Scotland to work for Design Code in Barcelona before once again returning to Edinburgh to join KSLD in May 2007.
